Cancellation Return and Exchange Conditions

Since all products subject to sale are prepared in line with the wishes or personal needs of the consumer, the Buyer is not entitled to exchange these products within this framework.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for accessory products due to hygiene conditions.

​

Do open and check the packages that you think may be damaged during the shipment in the presence of the company representative. Should there be any damage to the product, do not accept the delivery of the product by attaching a report of damage to the carrier company. Please note that after the delivery of the product, you accept that the cargo company has fulfilled its duties. Return of used and damaged products are not accepted.

In case of a defect or error in the post-delivery controls of the product received by the buyer, you can send the product to info@nightshiftcouture.com or by contacting us at 05413929069 on Monday - Saturday between 10.00 - 19.00. After making the necessary checks, the product inspection department will contact you and provide information.

Due to the special production of the products, every online purchase requires the buyer to specify their size. For unspecified orders, they are produced and sent according to the size they have already been accepted and ordered on the internet.

 

Refunds / exchanges of products shipped within this framework are not accepted due to ‘body incompatibility’.

Refund of product without the original issued invoice is not accepted.

​

The products that you want to return will be refunded to your credit card within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products in accordance with the conditions of return and you will be notified of the Provision Code by mail.

 

The refund is to be reflected in your statement within the framework of your agreement with the bank. You can contact your bank with your provision code for refunds that are not reflected on your statement.

The same procedures apply to products purchased from the store.
